Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €200 or equivalent (excluding shipping cost).

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide and offer shipping for all orders in Shiny Whitening Online Store.  All shipments include tracking which is automatically emailed within 48 hours of purchase.

How are orders sent?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong fulfilment centre and sent on a fully tracked service. This means your order will arrive quickly and safely by the fast shipment service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day. All shipping times exclude custom clearance or delays. Usually your order will arrive in the number of business days stated on each shipping method. Delays might be expected due to COVID-19 effects and custom clearance process in some countries. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, you can try tracking your item with the tracking number provided in your shipping notification or contacting our customer support team who will be able to assist you.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched. Generally the tracking information on a signed for service will only show an update once it is in progress or delivery has been attempted.

Who pay the VAT?

Taxes & Customs
Prices on our website are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes and duties. We ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means consignee will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties (e.g. VAT, GST) which may be charged on the purchase. We are unable to advise the amount as they change from country to country depending on local imports legislation. Please be aware that if any items shipped are rejected or returned to us (i.e. if the consignee is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties), we are unable to refund the original shipping charges and any other charges incurred due to such return/ rejection will be borne by the consignee. Contact our Customer Support team if you have any questions related to shipping to your country.

Undelivered due to Incomplete address/ Incorrect contact number

Please ensure you have entered a complete and accurate shipping address and contact phone number before processing payment. No refund will be offered for any undelivered order due to incorrect/ incomplete address and contact phone number. A restocking fee of 15% of the order and a shipping fee of 8.99 will be charged for any redelivery.

Can you resend my orders?

For undelivered orders due to incomplete address or on hold in post office for more than 14 days, a restocking fee of 15% of the order and a shipping fee of €8.99 for redelivery will be charged.

Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Once the order is placed successfully, credit card processing fee is non-refundable. You can submit a cancellation request before the order is shipped. We will try our best to on hold your order.

Once the order is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. A refund cannot be made until you have returned the products to us.

Returns

We provide a 7 Days Returns Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order is delivered to you, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it. You’re also responsible for any shipping costs.

To complete your return, please attach your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

(a) Health & Beauty and Personal Care products that have been opened or used (For example, you have purchased 20 pouches and used 6 pouches. Only the 14 unused pouches are eligible for return, exchange or refund);

(b) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or there is any missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

(c) Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Returns Instruction

To return your product, you should mail your product to one of the following addresses.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping from the return points to our warehouse will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You must use a TRACKABLE shipping service, otherwise we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be  automatically applied to your credit card. Refund normally takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to customer’s original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shinywhitening.co.uk
